Therapeutic Expressions
In this four-week therapeutic program, come as you are and share what you like.
Join in sessions based in therapeutic expression with arts-based materials.
Each session begins with a brief facilitator-led mindfulness practice followed by an expressive activity (e.g. art, writing, movement) and a brief closing reflection.
No experience required! All materials supplied.
*Facilitated by a certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner.
